Guest guest Posted January 25, 2008 Report Share Posted January 25, 2008 Without diet changes, how much improvement can a person achieve in lipid profile (LDL reduction, HDL increase, Trig reduction): - from 3x per week x 1 hr strength training sessions? - from 3x per week x 1 hr aerobic sessions (treadmill, eliptical, bike)? - both?
