Guest guest
Dear Jeff, I have read your article on your post and found it very interesting and useful. I copied all the frequencies listed. I have a Beam Ray and am wondering how to get so many frequencies into a program that wouldn't last all day? Generally when I run frequencies I run them for 3 minutes each, sweeping for 1.5 minutes and pulsing for 1.5 minutes. What do recommend as far as time on each frequency and how long should the total program of frequencies be? Thank you for your wonderful website and help in this matter. No one has the flu in my home, I am just preparing in case I need it.
