Guest guest
Hi , I would place 1 pad in a tub of epsom salts water along with both feet, the other pad at the top of the back, or hold in the hand with warts. I have seen this configuration get rid of warts, including planter's warts, after only a few sessions. You are on the right track -- keep after it! Guest guest
Warts respond to taping a copper penny over them. Or a banana peel. Wart remover with salicylic acid works too. They also respond to hypnosis :-). Am J Clin Hypn. 1992 Jul;35(1):1-10. Related Articles, Links Hypnotherapy for warts (verruca vulgaris): 41 consecutive cases with 33 cures. Ewin DM. Tulane Medical School, New Orleans, LA. Published, controlled studies of the use of hypnosis to cure warts are confined to using direct suggestion in hypnosis (DSIH), with cure rates of 27% to 55%. Prepubertal children respond to DSIH almost without exception, but adults often do not. Clinically, many adults who fail to respond to DSIH will heal with individual hypnoanalytic techniques that cannot be tested against controls. By using hypnoanalysis on those who failed to respond to DSIH, 33 of 41 (80%) consecutive patients were cured, two were lost to follow-up, and six did not respond to treatment. Self-hypnosis was not used. Several illustrative cases are presented. Re: rifing for warts It may not be as easy as rifeing but I have used a method heard about on the news, several times for removing warts on the feet What you do is soak them in as hot as you can stand water keeping the water hot by adding more... for ten minutes you can add things to the water if you want such as epsom salts or essential oils that are anti-viral but I think it is the heat for the prescribed period of time that does the trick My daughter had about a hundred on one foot we soaked it twice They all disappeared NOW it takes a little time to know that they have gone away because you have that tissue to get rid of But you may notice that they hurt less right away Hope that helps Let us know if you try it > >Anyone used rife for treating warts? Guest guest
I have had slow results using a violet ray on warts. But I'm usually too impatient to get rid of them that way. The problem with cutting them out, is that the roots can go quite deep and you may not be successful getting all of it. Hence the problem of it growing back. Warts are a HPV, plasma Rifeing may work better prophelactically, contact devices on the actual growth would seem to be more effective locally, of course the proper frequency is always key. Here is what I use because it gives the fastest results... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ " Simple Treatment for Warts Cumulated Index Medicus, 1962 It is difficult to find a wart treatment which pleases every-one, doesn't leave scars, and allows one to continue working normally while undergoing treatment. Cutting, burning and freezing them are the accepted treatment, but often are unsuitable since they are too bloody, painful or leave scars behind. We have perfected a means of removing warts using a well researched disinfectant - Hydrogen Peroxide. The technique is very easy. One needs a sharp spoon, not to remove the wart, but to open the surface of the wart by gently scraping. Do not cause bleeding by excessive scraping. Apply one drop of 35% hydrogen peroxide onto the opened surface and let dry. After 2 days, scrape off the dried layer and add another drop of hydrogen peroxide. After the application the patient will feel at most a prickly sensation which will last a few minutes. After that it could itch, but this also disappears after a short time. The many patients we have treated with this have had uniform good results. It will usually take from 2 to 10 applications, depending on the size of the wart. When it vanishes, it is gone without a trace - no scar! " ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I use a pumice stone (or a needle) instead of the sharp spoon. I also try to surround the wart with some salve to keep the 35% H2O2 directed to the wart and off uninfected skin, that can get " burned " by the 35% H2O2. Application with a Q-tip (cotton stick swab) works well also. If 35% H2O2 does come in contact with surrounding skin, flushing with copious amount of water will mitigate the sting and exfoliation. As for the planter warts.... A small piece of (35%H2O2 soaked) gauze or cotton placed over the wart and fixed in place with a transparent dressing works well. The gauze can then be re-wetted with a syringe and needle. Poking through the dressing and injecting the H2O2 onto the gauze. Of course soaking the feet in a basin of OTC 3%H2O2 works also, but slower than 35%. FWIW P.M.
Guest guest
Why does a penny kill off warts? Does it work for other skin viruses like cold sores? Why does a banana peel work? Where can you get salicylic acid? Angie " Deckoff-, M.D. " wrote: Warts respond to taping a copper penny over them. Or a banana peel. Wart remover with salicylic acid works too. Guest guest
Hi My name is I am new to this group but can give some first hand treatment for Planter Warts. I had one under my foot for 15 Years I had it burnt, cut, frozen, I tried wart kill, it but nothing worked. But I got a sharp knife and took of the top of it to expose clean skin and placed a drop of olive leaf extract on a waterproof bandaid over it. I left it on for 3 days and done it again. Thats it 2 weeks later the planter wart the size of my thumb nail was gone and It hasn't come back that was 3 years ago. I also took olive leaf extract for that 2 week period. 10 ml twice a day. Thats what worked for me! Re: rifing for warts > > > I have had slow results using a violet ray on warts. But I'm usually too > impatient to get rid of them that way.
