E's focus teacher sent me an e-mail stating that E carried on an imaginary, silent conversation using gestures, animation, and facial expressions while in her room. I discussed this with E, and he said that he was thinking of a way to describe something in his writing. I explained to him that other people would think that this behavior was weird or strange and that he probably should not do it any more when he was in a public place.
