Wow!

I've never seen so many e-mails!....Fun time is soon to abound! I

retain fluid like crazy and it's starting big time!! The last time I

gained 30 pounds of fluid in 6 days. Since I also have congestive

heart failure, it looks like I'll be in the hospital soon. They tried

to admit me the last time (8 weeks ago) but I refused to stay. This

time I may stay since they've made me aware of the cancer. Please

keep me in your prayers. Right now I can barely walk because of the

fluid in my feet and ankles. I hate the hospital cause nobody

visits...I may even go to the er tonight cause I hurt so very bad! In

case I don't come home I'll leave you with another poem. I wrote this

last week when my friend Vince died from the same type of liver

cancer that I have. Love to you all!!

Screaming so loud

That I can't be heard

For once in my life

At a loss for words

Just last week

We talked on the phone

Now you are gone

I am completely alone.

Now you're at peace

And I'm glad you are

Because you're in a better place

So much better by far!

We talked of better days

Of laughter and joy

And all the dreams we had

Since we were only little boys.

We would live forever

We would never die

We boasted so loud

Though we knew it was a lie.

But somehow I knew

life had it's own end

And I'm so very proud

To have known you my friend.

Still I'm alone

And we are apart

But your memory lives on
