RE: feelin like crap upon waking up

I get the " hard to focus eyes " thing from milk (IgA allergy to casein probably)

though

not from kefir. I don't know why it happens, but it drove me nuts

for awhile. It also makes me feel " fuzzy " -- I can't concentrate

worth beans the next day if I drink milk. So yeah, it could be

an allergy of some sort.

Funny thing is, this felt so much like a " hangover " is described.

But I've never got a hangover from drinking too much alcohol (maybe

I didn't try hard enough ...).

Ah ok that is very interesting.

I been polishing of my WD dinner with some cream and berries and also a

couple of glasses of plain milk last few of nights

Tonight ill just use coconut cream and see if I wake up normal tomorrow

If I drank alcohol possibly :-)

only alcoholic stly ething I drink si ginger beer and at best I have 750

mills of that

( though haven't had any fro 2 weeks )
