Guest guest
- No need to " duck " from Iowan's...atleast from me. I really enjoyed the whole Hasbro website and enjoyed looking at all the different Furby's. OK, I have a question...would it be silly of me (at age 39) to own a Furby? Or could I use my 8 yr old as a reason? Again, thanks for the wonderful suggestion. Sandie in Iowa...and too tired to throw anything anyway.. Sandie remember when the virtual pets came out...all they were was a box that had to be " taken care of " or they would cease to exist...I remember a lot of gals at work that were taking care of their kid's pets while the kids were at school because they banned them from schools. Just had to throw that in, you can use your son as an excuse, it has been done before LOL. Barb

Guest guest
Barb I appreciate your insight to the virtual pets. It made me smile...in a thought provoking way...hmmmm, I could buy a Furby and if asked, well, it is my son's. Comforting to know I am not alone, in NOT growing up. Guest guest
I've been out of touch for a while. I've been posting mainly on the lbdspouse group but I still am a member here. I am in the process of adding a Caregiver's page to the website (lewybodydisease.org). If anyone has any thoughts (words, poetry even excerpts of messages from this site) that they would like to see on the Caregiver's page, please send it to me DIRECTLY, at imelda4@.... I can't promise that I will put it on the site quickly, it took me almost a year to get the site together at all, but it will appear eventually.
