Its printed on the wall and reminded daily several times. He's reminded at home also.

NOTHING works!

My son, the Aspergers one who is 14 and entering high school, HATES that he forgets often to NOT talk. He gets in trouble in school for talking all the time. He works so hard on this, but ALWAYS fails and forgets. He really does. He is still doing this after all these years. It is so hard to remind him over an over and over.
