Binder question

Hi !

They do come in different sizes and can also be cut to fit if they

get too big. The material isn't real thick but they might be

noticeable just a bit under a light cotton shirt. I was very

grateful to have mine those first few months!

, I went to Walmarta and bought those waist cinchers that

cost about nine or ten dollars and wore them forever. I just like

the way it feels to have my waist cinched. Haven't worn one for a

couple weeks now, though. They aren't visible under most clothes,

but I didn't even mind if they were.
