Hi, Ray:

Glad to hear you're new garden shop is getting up off the ground. Sorry you

had so much pain with the design consult. Has this been pretty steady lately

or was it just the design consult? Hope it was the latter.

Great going and good luck with your shop. DH and I would be there in a

heartbeat if we were closer.

Thanks, Carol, for the note. Before last August when I started taking

appropriate doseages of pain-relief medication, I had no conception of how

closely chronic fatigue was related to chronic pain for me. My days were

disastorous. I could barely do any kind of work for any length of time. I

couldn't walk without terrible pain.

When I started taking the pain-relief medications, I found that I could

walk, work, have fun, etc., without getting anywhere as fatigued as before.

Even now I can take the medications if I'm feeling fatigued and get a

response for the better.

I still " crash " at least once a day, usually in the afternoon when the pain

is at its worst. The doctor has told me to increase medications at noon to

try to prevent this from happening.

I'm very busy with the garden shop setup, but feel like I have done

something important and enjoyable even if I have to " crash. "

It's so nice to hear you so cheerful and upbeat even though you may crash in

the late afternoons. Maybe after you get your garden shop setup, you can put

it on the web so we can buy some things from you.

My online shop is already open, though we don't have all the vendors set up

with it yet.
