Hi .

Let's see if I can give you a short but helpful reply (my time is a little

limited right now).

Comparing the red light (sometimes called an LED or, less correctly, a " soft "

laser) to Rife technology is a little like comparing apples and oranges. They

both work with frequencies, but the method of imparting those frequencies into

the body is very different.

The red lights i'm familiar with are about 660 nanometers, which is a wavelength

in the visible light portion of the electromagnetic spectrum. This particular

color (give or take 20 nanometers in either direction) does indeed stimulate the

body's cells to regenerate by performing the functions they are supposed to

perform.

Rife technology, on the other hand, uses particular oscillations that MIGHT

coincide with the frequency whose wavelength is 660 nanometers, but by

definition, they usually do not. Rife frequencies generally shatter or disable

microbes, though they do have some regenerative effect on the body tissue as

well.

Understand that nanometer is a measurement pertaining to the LENGTH of a wave,

and a frequency designates the number of CYCLES PER SECOND at which something

OSCILLATES.

So, the red light LEDs and the Rife technology are two different technologies.

Now, some companies are using the two modalities TOGETHER. A 635- or

660-nanometer light is hooked up to a Rife frequency device. In this

arrangement, any frequency you want is sent into the body through the red light.

The light provides tissue regeneration, and penetration without electrical

current being sent into the system, and you have the added benefit of imparting

a microbe-killing frequency to the person.

If you do not have a combination-modality unit, you have to decide which

modality is applicable to your situation. Do you want to primarily kill

microbes, and have an enormous range of what you can do, or do you want an

effective light that is specifically designed to stimulate the body to heal?

Because from my scan of the website, I didn't see anything that related to Rife

technology.

IF you want to use a contact pad device with your infant, start with the volume

(amplitude, or height of the wave) turned down REAL LOW. The problem with

typical contact devices is that you might shock the baby.

There ARE Rife technology devices that use freestanding light tubes rather than

contact electrical current to impart the frequencies. Also, Jeff Garff makes a

Rife technology device called The Ultimate, which uses an RF (Radio Frequency)

carrier to impart the frequencies. The use of an RF carrier wave eliminates the

potential negative impact of the electrical current.

I hope this answers some of your questions.

By the way, I discuss the electromagnetic spectrum in great detail in my

upcoming book, The Complete Guide To Sauna Therapy. It will be available

at the end of April. Most people don't understand about the electromagnetic

spectrum because it's not taught in a way that can be easily understood. It took

me years to figure it out.

Blessings,

Nina
