A Smaller restaurant here that specializes in Burgers has buffalo

burgers. I have never been brave enough to try it. I asked what the difference

was,

and they said They have almost no fat, Which I equate with dry and

tatseless. Not to mention they are like 9 bucks where you can get a

cheeseburger

platter(with fries) for about 4.50 and the decision is clear to me. I was

shocked

they had little fat because of how buffalo look. How are they able to

slaughter them? I thought they were endangered or something?

Mel and ,

I think it tastes like beef. THey are raised for meat, but like

other cattle. THey are cattle, technically. We even had beefalo

animals in Michigan. They were calmer, but gave healthier meat.

Anyway, the meat is better for you than beef.

Aligator is good, and so is Kangaroo, I also liked Vegimite, but it

takes some getting used to.

the above...

We always have an interesting choice of foods....
