Guest guest
Does somebody have an idea why some people have this enormous itching when doing regular ozone sauna treatments. Any idea what is the meganism in the body behind this and why others (majority) don't experience this. I have a customer that is unable to continue Ozone Sauna Treatments, cause his whole body becomes just one itching hell, pus comes out of little blisters all over his body and he scratches them open, then his whole skin becomes crust and blood. I know not a nice story, but would like to have some understanding why this might be happening to him Thanks Doedens Oxygen Nutrient Nederland Amsterdam Then Netherlands http://www.mmfnd.org/NL/ONN/onn.html

In theory the ozone oxidizes toxins in the skin and underlying tissues during an ozone steam sauna, and your body then tries expelling the oxidized toxins through your skin. If your skin is trying to deal with too many oxidized toxins at one time (or you are allergic to the oxidized toxins) then you're going to have a reaction of some sort. I think the recommendation for people with severe reactions is to use less ozone per session, with less frequent sessions, until the person's negative reaction reduces to a level that they can tolerate. The idea is to keep getting the toxins out of his system, but at a slower, more tolerable, pace. There are creams that you can put on the rash that are supposed to help. For the details search the archives of http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ozonetherapy Just curious, did this fellow work in a chemical plant, or janitorial services, or some other place that would have exposed him and his skin to lots of chemicals?
