Guest guest
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Kefir_making/?yguid=175198346 These guys - over 2,000 strong - know everything there is to know about kefir and they do a lot of OT about Kombucha. I'd tell you more about kombucha making, but I've got dinner on the stove that needs tending to. Someone else want to chime in here? Guest guest
@@@ > How do you get on the kefir making group and also how do you make kombucha? > > I do make my own kefir at home but can always learn more! > > Thanks -=- > > @@@@ Here are the three groups I know about that would be best for kombucha posts. Most obviously, the kombucha list! Actually, I don't know much about this list, and there are several kombucha lists, but this is the main one AFAIK: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/original_kombucha/ Here is the only general-purpose fermented foods list in existence AFAIK, where kombucha is definitely on-topic: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Microbial_Nutrition/ (by the way, this list is only a few weeks old and I'm the moderator!) Finally, the kefir list, with many wonderful members and a long, rich history, where kombucha is OT but pops up here and there: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Kefir_making/ to be honest, the overwhelming majority of people on this kefir list would probably be happier if one of the first two lists (where kombucha is very specifically on-topic) were used instead for kombucha because it's such a high-volume list with a OT post problem...
