Cindee,

I used to love beans. Weekly, I cooked a crock pot of beans along

with cornbread. Back in 1994 I was barely pregnant. I put a crock pot

of beans on and headed out for the day. When I walked back in the

house the smell of the beans about knocked me over - in a REALLY bad

way - I have not cooked a crock pot of beans in 10 years. NOw if I

could just have the same sort of experience with Coca COla and other

no-no foods!! LOL!!

Cindee,

This isn't a crock pot recipe but it is easy and good.

One rice cooker full of rice.

One large can of dark red kidney beans.

One can of corn.

One can of stewed tomatoes (flavors include mexican spices or

italian spices)

One small can of tomato sauce.

Stir together in a large bowl and TAA DAA!

A bean/rice casserole good for several days.

Storing in ziploc bags work well in the frig too!

My family loves it!
