I was so intent about not being accused of trying to convert our non-Christian friends, that I erred on the side of not allowing others to even mention anything religious. I know how difficult that kind of stress is on someone when they are trying to tell their own story. Religion is and should be a powerful part of learning how to adjust to chronic pain. Please forgive me (this goes for anyone else who has " suffered " from my confused thinking) for editing posts that did not need me to change your message into one you did not want. What did I ever state that was hateful. Venom spit all over me and others here and i'm all of the siudden the one full of hate? Give me a break. Never ending Crap ola! Walt An Apology Good grief.... I was on no mail until a few days ago...between moving house and movingISP's I felt it was for the best. I had no idea my one post would cause somuch hatefulness. Let me clarify a few things. I never said (and I am sorryif I implied) that the phrase "getting rid of" meant killing. Itdoesn't...not always anyway. What I had been trying to say was that if hespent over an hour in the shelter surrounded by cats and dogs and otheranimals and was fine, mostly likely he was not allergic to animals andshould have looked for other possible causes before taking his cat back tothe shelter.Of course ones own health is important. I apologize for not being clear andfor all the trouble I caused. Also, I am not an "animal rights activist" nora know it all. I've lived with asthma and severe allergies my whole life. Ialso have 3 cats that I adore. They are a part of the family.Anyway I do apologize for the trouble. I hope we can put an end to thehatefulness. The only person this apology doesn't extend to is Walt..sorrybut you are a very hateful person. SOme things I agree with and some I don't. I have always kept my doubts to myself until last week. I was seriously concerned about eating silver. < I know it's not the same thing, but for brevity> I asked about this in another group I belong to. They were also concerned. When I cast my doubts here, I was answered, but it went off on another track. I want you all to know my intent was the safety of it all and nothing else. Sorry if my intention was misunderstood. I have since been in contact with some one from this group that gave me a lashing for attacking the nice people here. I am sincerely sorry if anyone was offended. I will now move out of this group, I want you all to feel comfortable. Have a very Merry Christmas and a safe, healthy and prosperous New Year.
