You know some docs make the CC a 100 cm standard. I know of at least one who

is 125 standard. Refused to consider anything shorter. At Least Dr. K bases

it on the person and thier needs.

Dr K told me 100lbs would be good for a revision. And I had lost 101 at

1 year out. I stopped there for a long plateau. Now I'm down 150 lbs(On a

good day LOL). While I'm not at goal I lost 50% more than Dr. K expected as a

revision. So the ride ain't over for you yet. I need to low carb to lose

another 20 or so lbs...But I'm too tired lately to do the cooking associated

with

low carb. It's easier to get my protein from chicken fingers and Cottage

cheese and peaches. I'm also on this big fruit craze! So maybe after the

holidays

when fruit is expensive and not so good tasting...LOL. Wanna be my low carb

buddy? LOL. (dare i say the word diet?)
