Dear ,

I too am celiac, but I never got a high from eating bread!

Consider yourself lucky -- all I ever got was pain!

By the way, I have improved my condition to the point where I now eat bread

daily.

So it can be overcome.

Best of health!

hi

as a celiac, i can say that gliaden would within hours make me feel like i

was

smoking marijuana. mainly the bad effects.

intersestingly, all sprouted grain bread was not as bad.

also, eating a salad with a gliaden containing food would reduce the

effects.

since i completely and meticulously eliminated gliaden from my diet several

years ago, my energy, appearance, clarity of thought, and emotional balance

have very significantly improved.

before that i was eating very very little gliaden.
