I didnt know you regained some. I thought you had wanted to gain a

few back. was that a while ago??

Well, when I regain, my face looks better. When I lose, my torso

looks better. It is a toss-up. I didn't mind the first four

pounds, but didn't need the next four pounds. Some of my pants were

tight, also.

well now that I have basically stabilized, can you give me advice?

what do i do to stabilize my weight. im so used to gaining it all

back plus some so im not sure how to do this successfully

160 pounds BMI 26

waiting to lose 5 more pounds to put me at a BMI of 25. Almost there

I just eat and if I gain weight I try to adjust my eating or my

drinking. I guess that is what " normal " people do. Working keeps

me from eating too much, I guess. I would avoid soda and other

sugary drinks. That is the easiest thing to avoid. I also noticed

that if I eat white flour products I bloat and regain weight. Candy

does not do that to me, for some reason. Your experience might vary

from mine, however.
