Some of my pants were > tight, also. > > Marta ******************** well now that I have basically stabilized, can you give me advice? what do i do to stabilize my weight. im so used to gaining it all back plus some so im not sure how to do this successfully VIcki 160 pounds BMI 26 waiting to lose 5 more pounds to put me at a BMI of 25. I guess that is what " normal " people do. Working keeps me from eating too much, I guess. I would avoid soda and other sugary drinks. That is the easiest thing to avoid. I also noticed that if I eat white flour products I bloat and regain weight. Candy does not do that to me, for some reason. Your experience might vary from mine, however.
