Or any flavor in that? How much does it cost? Does anyone

think its gross? Whats the best all around flavored protein powder

that you can buy at GNC? Does GNC have " All the whey " protein

flavorless powder? Is that gross?

The only one I can gag down is the slimfast protein. 2 gms of carbs and

20 protein. The chocolate is better. It doesn't have that yucky taste that

most have. Also the isopure is 40 gms of protein with no carbs. Tastes kind of

like lool aid but watered down. Flavors like punch and grape. Also Southbeach

is fixing to have a drink out by Kraft. It tastes like a flavored milk. I

tried a sample of it and it was really good...only 16 of protein but the taste

was flawless. Not thick like the shakes. So theat's my 2 cents....Sometimes

you have to try a bunch to find out what you like.

(who's gonna go gag down another

one for healing....Yuck!)

The best I've found is Pro Complex 55 in chocolate with some Big Train No sugar

added mocha mix added--- hi Sharon.....GNC is generally more expensive, at least

in my area-- south Louisiana- than other places. Isopure Zero CArbs liquid is

drinkable. Betsy

Hi Betsy

I am still drinking my Pro-blend 55 / big train mocha mix shakes

every morning....

You would think that after almost 3 years I would be tired of it.

But I am not and actually crave it. When we are on vacation or just

visiting I really miss it. I have been able to get low carb mocha

mixes at some coffee specialty shops and they will add a scoop of

protien. I even found one in Kona on Alii drive that has blended

mocha with protien in it... :) I will be visiting that little shop

in about 18 days....cant wait.

love to you and happy healing- it will be tough at first but well

worth it in the end. Dr K did my panni, my hernia repair and my

outer thigh removal at the same time. My feeling is - if you are

going to feel crappy, you might as well get it over with at once...lol
