Guest guest
I agree with Jimmy. Process a complaint to the school board level and have it heard in executive session. Try to stay as factual as possible, and provice written documentation or request copies of tapes if any of these statements were in taped ARD meetings and include a copy of those. However, you should be aware that in Texas it is very difficult to fire or nonrenew a professional educator and an administrator in good standing is almost certainly on a multiple year contract. So what you can probably reasonable expect is that they will take some personnel action against her (which could range from a slap on the wrist to not exending her contract another year next February when most such contracts are reviewed) or a reassignment. I'd ask for the latter and expect the former.
