I agree with Deb. And I too wonder what will happen in the tx of hep-c, but whats new there is always a jack-ass that wants to sue.

And now we have a class action lawsuit against Schering Plough for pt's on combo trmt. meds. In class action law suites the attorneys end up with the biggest chunk of monies than it is divided up between their clients.

If I needed to file a lawsuit I would retain my own personal attorney who was specialized and experienced in that field.

I wonder what repercussions this will have for HCV pt's ?????

........ and what will happen with trials, research, allocation of funding for HCV that is only a drop in the bucket now and most importantly the affect on HCV pt's now and in the future ??????
