Guest guest
Hi and others from Sue, You asked about muscle testing... Muscle testing is best learned from a naturopath since it needs to be shown. I have learned 4 different types from 4 different people...That's how I found the one most effective for me. Getting ready to do muscle testing.....Just takes practice and getting your POLARITY balanced...to GET GOOD READINGS... Craig's EFT free manual (do a google search)... describes & shows how the do the Psychological Reversal technique (see pages 24 & 50 in his manual) This helps with clearing lymphatic congestion ( which helps with balancing polarity). It shows you the "sore spots" to massage.. Other areas my specialists told me about are rubbing fingers above and below the mouth in a sideways motion... as well as massaging the tailbone to allow energy to flow freely... When I went to several naturopaths for 5 years of help... my polarity was frequently reversed... so she/he had to correct it BEFORE I could benefit from therapy and her MUSCLE TESTING... On pages 50 and 51 of Craig's manual, he states that HEALING progress is blocked by reverse polarity...It's like having your "batteries in backwards"... On page 50 he relates that this is the cause of athletes getting into slump's..., why addictions are so hard to overcome, why healing and depression can take so long to correct ,etc. ( FYI ---Knowing how important polarity is for good health... is why I was drawn immediately to the LW EE patches.. as they are the ones that people (like Tim Duncan, Sam Cassel, Becham, and Lance Armstrong ) use to Balance polarity and enables us to get into the "ZONE" of focus...on either sports, studying, and daily motivation....and GOOD HEALING,etc..) Caution-- do NOT use muscle testing etc. as predictors.. that's a misuse of energy therapies. A typical question of mine is: "Are 2 of these (holding them in my hand) Vitamin B6 pills --better than 3 of these pills for my OPTIMAL health --WITH NO SIDE effects AT THIS TIME ." OR-- Is it highly beneficial for my optimal health to take 1 tablespoon of this Calcium liguid at this time. It will change from day to day... depending on absorption and what we ingest. Then I go up or down according to the answers...Questions must be very specific to get accurate responses.. Next is a cut and pasted post from another person on the topic of muscle testing... Hope that helps, Sue Re: what is muscle testing?? Posted by: "Cheryl Lowrance" c.lowrance@... midian42 Tue Jan 23, 2007 12:47 pm (PST) Here's a little overview. It's also called Applied Kinesiology. You can google it and find a lot more info. You don't have to go anywhere to get it done (although you can through a naturopath). It's something you can do on your own.http://www.worldtrans.org/TP/TP2/TP2A-67.HTMLCherylOn Jan 23, 2007, at 11:25 AM, tracey wrote: Sue
