Could you please tell me what you used to get such an outstanding cleanse. I have used the apple juice, oil and lemon juice formula a couple of times but so far no stones. It sounds as though the coffee-colonic gets the job done. Thanks in advance for sending the formula and I'm sure many of us will give it a try. I just make a gallon coffee cool it to 106 degrees. Strain it and let it enter and exit for an hour or so. After 30 to 45 minutes the stones start coming out. Not everytime but most times. Wash out the colon really good for another 30 to 60 minutes. 2 coffee colonics per week. DR Klinghart says a lot of the stones are probably parasites that look like stones. Hulda says stones have something in the center like a dead parasite. I found the coffee colonic so much easier on my health and so much easier to do than the cleanse with olive oil. I also consume Alcer electrolytes by the gallons and Alcer EmergenC to counter electrolyte imbalance I perceive from the colonics.
