Guest guest Posted October 21, 2004 Report Share Posted October 21, 2004 Hi Jen, Both Cody { my little guy with asthma} and I get wicked heart racing nightmares from the pred. He got to the point where he was afraid to go back to sleep. I have since gotten a cd of alsph wave stuff called " Deep Sleep " which allegedly note I said allegedly, helps you have a deep and peaceful sleep whilst using it. I would recommend seeing a therapist if it gets real bad but trying something sheaper and easier first. Children's Benadryll {it is a lower dosage} and the cd seem to help us very well.
