IMDSA Secretary, Twomey Resigns Position

Dear Friends,

For the past nine years I have been involved with and a part of this

wonderful organisation IMDSA. I have seen it grow and also the

families within it grow, the families who have helped make IMDSA become

what it is today. When my son

was born 12 years ago we had an egroup. Families trying to find

anything they could of mosaic down syndrome. From this little group

evolved IMDSA. I would hope that everything accomplished in those

years has done as much for everyone else as it done for me. - As

secretary and also maintaining the website.

With now about to venture into a new school and starting high

school, and both my children doing WAY to many extracurricular

activities (obviously my fault…hoo hum) I have found I need to take a

break from my IMDSA duties as secretary. I will continue in the role

until a replacement is found. I will also continue managing the

website. So I am not leaving altogether….I don’t think I really

could. But thanks for your support.
