Guest guest
Hi, everyone. Just wondering if anyone has experienced these symptoms. I am still undiagnosed and have lots of questions. Last Friday, I felt strange all day. I felt as if I were literally going to fall in the floor all day long. Although I never did, it felt very weird. I was not dizzy but more off-balance. Earlier in the week, I was talking with my family. Suddenly, it felt like my heart stopped (although I know it didn't). When that happened, I couldn't say any more but began to cough. After coughing a minute, I returned to " normal. " I have not had that problem again. Over the weekend, my heart acted up quite a bit and I was pale and grayish at various times. I have had 4 echos (each one with different doctors). I wonder if my orthostatic condition is acting up...I am not on any medication for it but my pulse is not high as it normally does with orthostatic condition. I've been researching tonight-trying to diagnose myself - and saw many links to the orthostatic condition and autoimmune conditions (RA, lupus, and fibromyalgia). Right now I am not under a cardiologist care. With 4 echos, I know my heart is OK, but it is always unsettling when it acts strange. My last echo (a year ago) did not even show up the MVP which a previous one did. Who knows? All of this gets so confusing. I was told today the immunologist is trying to work me in March 31 but could be into mid- April. My hands have also been swelling some with a lot of joint pain in my hands especially the small joints in my hand. They were red and hot over the weekend. I'm worried that my pinky on my right hand is crooked but think maybe it's just swollen. Swelling certainly changes the look. Also, I've noticed my tremor a little more pronounced. Just wondering if anyone ever had the off-balance feeling. I'm really looking forward to getting some answers. Just scared to death he's going to say fibromyalgia (been on those meds before and don't respond well). It's so strange to have perfect blood work and feel so rough. Hope you all are better...looking forward to brighter days! Thanks for letting me share!!!
