Guest guest
De lets not forget it's also related to stage grade other dx's and meds at the time of trmt. Sometimes the pt's are pulled from trmt because of serious complications. I still do believe a positive attitude can work wonders in any situation even at ESLD and beyond. Love and Hugs. Deb Thanks, I'm taking notes! He has a very positive attitude, I am very amazed by him. I have to be careful not to let my anxiety/worry wart ass bring him down at times. :/ Tracey
Guest guest
Ok, maybe I paint too rosy of a picture. I have been very blessed to have fairly light sides most of the time, but I started with no HCV symptoms, minimal liver damage and a low viral load. Before tx I had depression, migraines, and thyroid disease, basically, and all pretty much under control with meds. There are many people with HCV that are far more debilitated than me to start with, then add tx and it's a killer. I don't want anyone to get me wrong, my tx is rough, but it's manageable. Like I said: Some people handle it very well, some not at all, but most are somewhere in between. De Faith is the ability to not panic. -----Original Message-----From: Deb Sent: Monday, May 17, 2004 9:08 PMTo: HepatitisCSupportGroupForDummies Subject: RE: Tracey and De Some people handle it very well, some not at all, but most are somewhere in between.
