Guest guest
In response to Hassan i would like to coment about this topic. In the city where i live (Buenos Aires, Argentina) there are thousands of people jogging or running in the street and parks and, as any other big cities, Buenos Aires has a high level of air pollution. Many studies have found a relation between air pollution and respiratory diseases. It is reasonable to expect that lack of oxygen in the air will lead to premature muscle fatigue, higher heart rate and possibly higher blood pressure. Is clear that air pollution is bad for one´s health, but this situation is worst when one is jogging or running because we need more oxygen during this activities.
