Injuries and Vegetarianism

Hi I have wondered of late if there has ever been a link between

being a vegetarian and a increased risk of injury in weight training.

I ask as I seem to pick up injuries relatively easily. I for a long

time felt that the very idea is ridicules when my meat eating

training friends have suggested it. I have had problems with form

recently but on the whole I can say my form is good. I have trained

with meat eating guys who have had nasty form and they would get away

with it. While I would be the one complaining of a bad back or

shoulders etc.

I have a healthy vegetarian diet and take whey protein that has a full

amino acid profile so as far as I know the only thing I may be lacking

in is B12.

Any thought much appreciated.
