Dear ,I took and graduated from a course on Plyometrics 2 years

ago. The text used, I believe, was a good one. I refer to it from time

to time in my position as a self-employed CPT. The name of the text

is " Jumping Into Plyometrics " written by A. Chu, PhD. In

addition to my indorcement, a few of the folks that endorce it as well

are Al Vermeil, Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Chicago Bulls,

Todd , Pro Tennis Playerm and Steve Millard, Strength and

Conditioning Coach of the San Sharks. I am familiar with Al and

feel he makes great use of the information provided.

It's published through Human Kinetics in Champaign, Illinois

www.HumanKinetics.com. I hope this helps.
