Guest guest
Nora, I am very sorry for all the health problems you are having. I suggest you go to www.utopiasilver.com and click on testimonies then resistant bacteria. Colloidal silver can be used orally or on the skin and is one of the best bacteria, virus and infection killers you can use. Completely natural, no side effects such as with antibiotics. CS works even better for skin bacteria if used with DMSO, 20% to 80% CS, as it helps the CS to penetrate deep into the tissues. If you drink an oz or two of CS 2-3 times a day you will be amazed at the improvement of overall health you will feel in a short time. Wishing you better health very soon, ... > Please, can you give me some advice? > That's my story. My name is Nora and I'm 25. Guest guest
Dear Nora, We deal with this all the time. All the treatments you have gotten over the years have mad the problem worse. You are off to a good start in the right direction now. Liver cleanses, every two weeks; at least 5, maybe more. Ozonated olive oil on the skin. Probiotics to reestablish your flora. MSM for sulphur which you are lacking. Colostrum to build up your immune system. Homozon to cleanse your colon. A couple of months of this and you will be much better. Then you can start to think about ozone saunas. The closest one to Spain would be in Paris (I know that's not very close). Maybe you will start the first Spanish ozone sauna clinic... Best of health! That's my story. My name is Nora and I'm 25. I suffer from allergies (to both pollen and some foods) and chronic inflammation of the skin of the whole body with severe eczema (atopic dermatitis) to the point sometimes my skin feels like cardboard and loses all flexibility (to the point I can not turn de neck, or open the mouth without pain). My skin gets easily infected (often staphylococcus aureus infections) and I've been treated with antibiotics on and off for the last ten years (that probably did some harm to my gut flora). I have digestive problems and fatigue, fatigue, fatigue. I've been treated with cortisone on and off for the allergies and also topic Immunosuppressants (tacrolimus, a derived of cyclosporine) when the situation was desperate, the itch was unbearable and was a torture to move because of lack of elasticity and inflammation of the skin. The last ten years have been a continuous torture. What would you do in my place? Do you have ideas that could help me start out? I'm doing research on the Internet and reading as much as I can. I took responsibility for my health some time ago but unfortunately I only followed the line of mainstream medicine. I just finished a master degree in Scandinavia with an scholarship ( a big effort taking into account my fatigue and health problems) and I'm totally exhausted. I intend to go back to my parents place in Spain in three weeks and rest for some months. Sometimes we need to know when to stop in life. I wish I could follow an active life as most people my age, but I know it's not possible for me right now. However I'm determined to learn, learn, learn about alternative approaches and try to do something to improve the over reactions of my immune system. I want to start with liver cleanses and OOO to help fight staphylococcus aureus infections without antibiotics. I believe my gut flora has suffered harm so I've been supplementing with probiotics for months now. Has anybody had any success with allergies and inflammatory problems? Any other ideas? Thanks! Guest guest
Dear Donna, Thank you so much for your help. I'm totally sure that I'm deficient in Essential Fatty Acids. I've been supplementing with evening primrose oil for long time (thanks to a traditional doctor advise) but even I'm sure I lack EFA's it didn't improve my situation. I believe I don't absorb it correctly, maybe because of all the gut problems and inflammation. Evening primrose oil it's very expensive here, at least if one wants to take bigger amounts of it ( some small capsules are not enough :-) so finally I decided to stop since I was not getting any advantage from it. On the other hand I have been having many problems with keeping my attention. I also forget a lot of things here and there as if I had symptoms of ADD (without hyperactivity or any learning disability, just the inability to pay attention for more than very short spans of time). It is said that ADD/ADHD kids suffer from EFA deficiency (as well as most eczema kids), so I think it may be related. Also when I get the flu or a cold my skin looses any flexibility and becomes pasteboard (I read that in this cases the needs of EFA's of the body increases so if there's already lack the situation it becomes more critical) I wish I knew how to make my body absorb orally the EFA's the it's craving for (any ideas welcome!) but it would be too expensive to use evening primrose for topical absorption. I'm reading about different types of EFA's, I'll try to find a cheaper quality substitute. Thank you for telling me about your experience with Homozon drying you skin. In my case I should definitively take into account your experience since when my inflamed epidermis cracks it gets automatically infected (staphiloccocus aureus being the worst). I'm very interested in Homozon (I've been reading something about it in the archive) and in healing and cleansing the gut. However I think that I should really increase my EFA's level before trying it ( I'm worried about a further decrease in EFA's level in my skin and attention, not good for the brain neither . I've seen with interest a post by Jim LamBERT some days ago related to improve attention span problems, although it had a technology orientation instead of nutritional one. I'll read the thread again another time (too many things to read at once!). I've also read the colostrum link and it's very informative it seems it would be good for leaky gut. Wonder if I can obtain it in Spain. Colostrum and virgin coconut oil sound a wonderful idea. Sorry for being soo long! I promise to everyone to be shorter next time! My best wishes, Nora > Hi Nora. From things I have read, eczema responds well to evening primrose oil. I think it is more than the omega 6's that are in it. I believe essential fatty acids are helpful, so you may be lacking in these. And homozon dried my skin out horribly, so I would be hesitant to do homozon. If I remember correctly oxygen uses up essential fatty acids and so it can dry the skin. If I am wrong, will someone correct me here. > > Also, I have used ooo and it really sent me into an itching fit. So I cannot imagine that being too fun with eczema. The product moves quickly since so many folks shop there. Just thought you'd like to know. Nina
Guest guest
Dear Nora, Most likely your EFA absorption problem is related to a plugged liver. Do the liver cleanse a couple of times, separated by two weeks, and I am sure your absorption will increase. You could try flax oil, which is much cheaper that EP oil. There are good fish oils as well. Or just eat tuna and mackerel, which are easily available in Spain. Best of health!
