I am starting to competitively lift again after several years off. I just found

this forum so I would love input on several things I have done for years and

somethings I am going to try. I have questions regarding diet, nutrition and

supplementation, as I feel my routine is pretty solid.

1st question

I use what I call " insulin manipulation " . A straight protein shake (nothing

else) one hour prior to workout and amino acid tabs, protein shake and a large

glass of orange or grape juice. The idea is to trigger an insulin response

after the workout. Any thoughts?

2nd Question

I plan to use a stack of tribestan by sopharma, 6OXO by ergopharm (200 mg/day

and ZMA. Any thoughts? I know the tribestan works because I tried it several

years ago.

3rd Question

I never liked the concept of creatine but I know people who swear by it. Any

thoughts here?
