Sinus cold after training?

I am a regular active gym trainer, I train 5 days a weeks with 2 days full

rest.

However, after each full leg work, quad, hams, calfs, glutes, 2 days after I

usually experience sinus cold. I don't understand it. I have

consulted my doctor and he has no clue.

I train each body part hard one day a week, not heavy. I make sure I have a

protein shake before and after work outs and try to get adequate rest.

As any one else experience any thing similar to this,, If so, do

you have any insight.
