Guest guest
Hi , So good that you are controlling your SD with only MTX. That's good. I know what you mean by all the pills. I take 12 a day. Not including the vitamins. My Mom also passed away in July of 98. I still miss her and was in awful depression but my Rhumy wouldn't give me anything for it. She said there was too much that could go wrong and would rather me go through the stages. Well I don't know if I ever reached the last stage or not because it still seems like yesterday. Hugs and so glad you are back on here again. Ginger Heaven Bound wrote: This is Reynolds. I was once involved with the group but had to leave for different reasons. I now have a new email address to use specifically for the SD group. To introdue myself to those who do not know me, I was dxd with SD in Oct '98 after being undxd for 7 months. I went to the Mayo Clinic who dxd me within 1 hour. It was a long, hard time for me especially with fatique and depression. (I also lost my mother in Jul '98, three months after the onset.) The fatigue and depression are still big challenges but I am doing much better. My SD is controlled with ONLY MTX!!! I can't believe it! At the beginning, I was taking 19 pills a day. I am now down to only 3 prescriptions (MTX, Prevacid and Lexapro for depression) and 4 otc (vitamins, etc). I have missed everyone and I am anxious to read up on everyone and see how everyone is doing. Reynolds Heaven_Bound@...

Guest guest
First i'd like to say that this laptop is a piece of garbage it shuts down when you don't want it to. It installs updates in the middle of sessions when you don't want it to. It basically screws up all the time it's totally hopeless. Anyways thank you everyone for your advice. I've been binging on caffiene since my years in high school. Not as much as my ex-gf becky has been though. I call it cautious consumption whereas i only drink it if i'm feeling tired not if i'm wired. So if i'm feeling tired or kind of aware but not fully aware then i'd have some but other than that i try to balance it out. I guess you could say it's been a part of my personality dr. jekyll and mr. hyde. But anyways i'll send this post before this computer resets again. Thanks again for all your input. And thanks tom for the sage advice. Signed, Greg
Guest guest
What are the specs on the laptop? Is there a hardware diagnostics disk included with it? Have you tried safe mode? What about system restore? ..
