Guest guest
I am working on a new edition of my textbook Fit and Well (McGraw Hill). The book was written for undergraduate general education courses in fitness, nutrition, and wellness. I want to include age graded strength norms for 1-RM or predicted 1-RM weight training tests. Currently, I am using norms developed by the Clinic for the Universal Gym. Few schools have a Universal anymore, so I need norms based on free weights that includes ages 18 through at least 60. I would appreciate any information. Guest guest
Good Morning, : I wanted to respond for two reasons: I have a data base of over 4000 randomly selected and stratified police officers from around the country you may be interested in for your book; second I am a high school throws coach and welcome the opportunity to network. I am in the process of completing revisions to our website (hopefully up by week's end) and I am rewriting the FitForce Coordinator Guide originally published by Human Kinetics. Both locations will have the FitForce Law Enforcement Norms. If I can be of assistance, please feel free to contact me.
