Guest guest Posted July 30, 2009 Report Share Posted July 30, 2009 For most of this week I'm on a Margaret kick. Tuesday was Muscle and grace stretching and it was a good workout. My muscles are very tense and not very flexible at all so I figured it was maybe time to spend 30min to work on that. Wednesday I did MR Upper Body Sculpt and this workout ALWAYS throws me! On the outside it looks easy but in reality it is a challenge! I used 5,8,10lb weights and at first that does not seem to heavy but I just can't get it thru my thick head that MR is big on using light weights with a lot of reps. By about 20min into the workout my arms felt like jello! I just finished doing MR Lower Body Sculpt and I was pleased with how I did. As with the UB Margaret does a lot of reps with no weights and I like to use ankle weights and I did good for the most part. A few times I had to take a short rest but all in all I did good.
