Guest guest Posted August 11, 2009 Report Share Posted August 11, 2009 Hi, This morning I did Kick Max (no legs at the end) I modified the 10 blasts so it was a little more doable, but still a lot of jumping. The combos didn't really get my heart rate up a lot. The blasts made up for that though lol. I burned 405 calories.
