Guest guest Posted June 16, 2009 Report Share Posted June 16, 2009 Hi there, CLX is moving along very quickly. I finished the second week of Burn, and am enjoying the series immensely. My only modifications have been to the higher impact cardio intervals. KB moves lift my heart rate just as well. My feet are very happy with this. I do all of it barefoot, so my feet are continuing to strengthen and heal. Dollar-in-the-jar is a struggle. Two weeks ago, I only put away two dollars. I gained a couple of pounds. This confirms that these habits are the culprit. Last week I put away six dollars, and I lost a little weight. It's just going to take awhile to fully embrace the new habits that I'm trying to incorporate into my life.
