Amy, my exteme anxiety daughter has lots of tics and most of them came from the Concerta. She is now on Stattera which helps with the anxiety and Prozac which has helped her contol her tics. Most of the time it works. Andy is on Prozac too (20mg). It helps him with the tics and the anxiety. With this, he can deal at home, but not out in the world. We are still looking for something to help him there. He gets so bad his hands shake, he can't talk at all and commpletely shuts down. It is horrible to watch..
