To wit: " McINNIS (R-CO) introduced H.R.2597 for himself and others to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide incentives to ensure that all Americans gain timely and equitable access to the Internet and to promote employer and employee participation in telework arrangements. (H4428) " Searching for it at www.house.gov yields a notice that HR2597 is an invalid number. What is the source for this legislation? Maybe they got the number wrong? M.
