I would be more scared of the fungus than the Nystatin. The good news is you

know what

your are dealing with and you are on your way to take care of it.

May I ask what test you did? When I did these tests,I

never got the inforamtion about what they are

resistant to.

Better to treat and rid with temporary die off then do

Can you tell me what tests you had done for the

Candida? I had asked my Dr. and was told there was no

test! Want to know all about the tests you had done.

Thank you, Stan,I needed that;-). your so right, I just needed

encouragement towards the place I know I have to go. Fear would never

stop me from doing what is so clear(on paper), its just starting to

give my 3 year old something that people are reacting bad to is

difficult. I have to go foward, standing still or back tracking is

not an option.

The tests were done by Doctors Data @ 3755 Illinois Ave. St.

Illinios. Im sorry I dont have a phone number for them but Im sure

you could google them. They also gave me a break down of benificial

floras my son had. He is short of Bifidibacter and E coli spp.

Keep in mind that *any* antifungal, natural or not, will cause die off.  The extent to which you find die off will depend upon 1. the strength of the antifungal 2. the amount of yeast, 3. the dosage and 4. the senstivity of the person.  You can get killer die off with gse or candex just as you would with an Rx.  Die off is part of any yeast treatment.  Not everyone has the same die off experience with any given antifungal.  Antifungal treatments are not comfortable and each child will react differently to the kind of pain they are experiencing, if any.  It can cause some serious stomache aches.  My son not only has a very high pain tolerance, he also doesn't really understand what he feels in his body half the time so he tends to simply ignore it as best he can.  He does get a bit cranky at times but if he doesn't have any outward physical symptoms, I generally don't realize he's sick until he throws up or has a fever or does something that really let's me know he doesn't feel well.  He stopped talking much recently for about 2 days and I was wondering why and on the 3rd day, he was running a fever and throwing up.  So I had no clue he didn't feel well, just that he was acting a little off - which can be attributed to so many things it's hard to ever say, "well, he must not feel good" and assume he's getting sick.My son did fairly well with his die off.  He was a bit hyper for a few days and was a little more aggressive but that's about it.  I figure he was aggressive because his tummy hurt and really didn't have the patience for anything that even slightly annoyed him.  Nothing too horrid for us, though.  But like you've read, some have nightmare die offs.  CherylWe got my son's blood work back, it showd he had two type of Candida-Albicans(level 3) & parapsilosis(level 2). hoping the worst is over he lost some language but his eye contact is

off the charts. I just cant forget the charcoal it totally makes a
