I haven't been sleeping well lately - I get the hours in, but it's a tumultous sleep, not a sound sleep. I thought this might help, plus my legs are tight and the plantar fascitis is acting up in my left foot so I'm trying to stretch when I can. It's always especially tight after kickboxing,and I think jumping up and down on the rebounder has aggravated it too to some degree. While not as " advanced " as any of Eoin Finn's yoga practices, there were some advanced poses in this one such as revolved half moon, revolved triangle, prayer twists in a lunge, warrior 3, etc. It is called " Heat " because there are various sun salutations, moon salutes, hero's salutes, etc. I love how on this dvd they mix up the vinyasas in this way, not the same o, same o.
