But, I learn so much from all of you posters everyday. The following is my plea to be added to the autism doc and an introduction to my GFCF business. However, I am also a mother of an ADHD child and the wife of an ADHD husband. I will post separately to tell you about my family, so look for that post too. Thanks for reading on. We have a large, totally delicious, and ever- changing, kid and adult-friendly menu of GFCF, and many times SF entrees, sides and baked goods that we create in our commercial kitchen, then freeze in a " ready-to-cook " state and sell to our customers with simple cooking instructions. Then you fill your freezer with a wide variety of food that you may thaw and cook as needed in your own kitchen. We've done the hard work (menu planning, grocery shopping and food prep). We're here to take just a litle bit of the stress out of your life. We are located in Los Angeles, but we plan to start shipping by the end of September.
