I just finished up with my Kettlebell quickie. Instead of using Mr. 45 though (was very intimidated), I decided to grab Miss 35 and the Gymboss.  Awesome.  I feel I didn't lose any ground.  I really had an intense great workout.  Not quite as intense as with Mr. 45 (of course), but I went for 90 second intervals, and rested just 40 seconds, sometimes less.  I don't come close to 90 seconds with Mr. 45.   I snatched in sets of 10. I've never did that many on one side before switching. :)  It was great. I feel loads better now that I got my own quickie under my belt again.  Last time I picked up a bell it was with a kettleworx workout and it wasn't a great workout.  This WAS! :)  I burned 218 with my average being 140.  There now I feel recharged and ready to face a class reunion :)
