Wow.  I'm spent.  That was a tough workout!  But, I did have a lot of fun and it flew by.  I didn't have enough energy to even do a short 15 minutes afterwards even though this was just 47 min long.  And I don't think there's anything I " need " to work on.  Legs and abs were yesterday, and I got a great cardio workout even though it was just  30 minutes.  I am tired!  I do hope to get a kettlebell workout in this afternoon.  Its been a few days again.  I like to try to get those in when I'm not training nowadays.
