Q's about growing sunny microgreens

I bought a lge brick of coir @ my local hydroponics supply store too start my

sunnys...I'm a newbie @ microgreens.

I know u have to soak the cour, but do I have to rinse & rerinse to get salt out

of it? I read there could be salt in it that could hinder the growing process.

Do I soak the whole brick (its pretty big) & store the rehydrated portion for

later?

Do u have to put any fertilizer on it (liquid kelp)?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
