Jen's exercise for Monday 06/15/09This afternoon I went to the water exercise class where I live and did their class for 1 hour then I did an additional 30 minutes on my own -- Total 90 minutes.I did the 1 hour class in the deep end of the pool with fins and aqua dumbbells. The instructor is very good but I need a harder workout to really feel it. Today though I did really feel worked out in my arms.I think I will buy a new pair of fins that are shorter than the ones I have so that I can do a better job when doing "cross country skiing" and some of the other moves.

I'm going to use my longer fins for when I do laps back and forth holding my dumbbells.Tonight I played on my co-ed sand volleyball league - 1 hour It was a great workout and I finally feel like I'm starting to get my "sand" legs again. Jen
