Guest guest Posted August 17, 2009 Report Share Posted August 17, 2009 Hi Ladies! Today I almost did my Kathy Pregnancy workout but I decided on doing Firm Lower Body Shaping. The workout has a focus on the lower body but I consider it a total body workout with aerobics because it does have aerobics and some upper bodywork. The workout itself was good but it did have a lot of lunges and dips. I would give my overall performance a 9. The set and I don't know if anyone has ever done this workout is a safari / jungle theme and I think its kind of tacky. I've know people that have gone on safaris and they never once encountered an exercise class! However at least no one in this workout had any leopard skin outfits on! On another fitness note I found a ballet studio in town that offers adult ballet however the time is at 7:00am on Saturdays and that's to early for me to workout.
